Returns and Refunds Policy
At AA Bizzy Consult, we understand that sometimes travel plans need to change. We strive to be flexible and fair in our returns and refunds policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
– If you cancel your travel booking, we will refund the amount paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
– Cancellation fees vary by travel supplier (airline, hotel, etc.) and will be communicated to you when booking.
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
Refund Amount
– The refund amount will be calculated based on the travel supplier’s cancellation policy and any applicable fees.
– We will refund the amount to the original payment method.
Exceptions
– Some travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels) may have non-refundable policies.
– In such cases, we will inform you of the non-refundable amount at the time of booking.
Changes to Bookings
– If you need to change your travel booking, we will try to accommodate your request.
– Changes may incur additional fees or penalties, which will be communicated to you before making the changes.
Refund Disputes
– If you dispute a refund or cancellation fee, contact us in writing within 3 business days of the refund or cancellation.
– We will investigate and respond to your dispute within 14 days.
